Changes Made To Neverwinter’s Lockboxes With The New Addition Of The Dragon Cult Lockbox, Odds Being Displayed
Players can now earn bonus rewards for opening this new lockbox.
Neverwinter's new Dragon Cult Lockbox arrives on June 14 to PC and consoles. Along with this new Lockbox comes important reward structure changes. Now when players examine a lockbox, the odds of obtaining each item is displayed clearly on the left side for the player. On the right side there will be a progress bar which will allow players to receive additional guaranteed bonus rewards as players hit different milestones.
Each time a player opens up a lockbox the progress bar will advance and when specific milestones are hit, the player will be guaranteed a bonus reward. After opening 250 lockboxes, the progress bar will reset and players will be given a Dragon Cult Choice Pack which will contain a choice between two grand prizes.
As always, players will still need to use Enchanted Keys to open the lockboxes. Players should note that previous and existing lockboxes have not been changed and therefore will continue to behave in the same manner.
Now, on to rewards. Players can obtain a domesticated dragonnel, the Nightfire Dragonnel, and send fear into all enemies that dare look upon the beast and its master. In addition, based on the Wyvern-Venom Coated Knives, players will be able to obtain Dragonbone Blades Artifact Set, a Dragonbone Charm, and more in the new Dragon Cult Lockbox.
