Choose Adventure Or Puzzles...Or Both For Your Free EGS Game This Week
It's time to add some more games to your EGS storage unit. Today, the free game offering kicked over again -- as it always does on Thursday, offering two more free game choices. One takes players back to the years of the Inquisition where they will need to evade soldiers and rats. The other is a puzzle game designed to be played in 60-second increments.
The first game, A Plague Tale: Innocence, tells the story of a young girl named Amicia and her brother Hugo. Throughout the game, the children must evade not only Inquisition soldiers, but also survive a plague of rats. Use stealth, solve puzzles, and be sure to keep the hordes of hungry rats away in whatever way you can. Don't forget that Amicia can work with Hugo and make use of his skills and size to overcome problems.
The second game, aptly titled Minit, is an adventure game designed to be played in 60-second bites. Go on a journey, overcome obstacles, and lift a curse that shortens days to a single minute.
Together, both games would run about $50, $10 for Minit and $40 for A Plague Tale: Innocence. There is DLC for the latter, but it's all cosmetic and will only cost you $2 if you decide to get it.
