Dracula Is Out For Blood And Trevor Just Wants To Survive In Today's Dead By Daylight Castlevania Update
There are some amazing outfits in the collab, too.
In what may be my favorite collaboration ever, Dracula and Trevor Belmont have been added to Dead By Daylight's roster as a killer and survivor, respectively, on all platforms today. Of course, both characters look incredible and are dead on with previous iterations of their models in other Castlevania titles, but their inclusion in the horror game also comes with some really "on brand" abilities.
I won't recap every ability here, you can read them in the patch notes, but I will give a nod to the Dark Lord's ability to turn into a wolf or a bat, in addition to his default Vampire form, each giving him abilities to hunt or play stealthily. On the survivor side, Trevor gets the perk "Eyes of Belmont" allowing him to see the Killer's auras longer than other survivors.
On the cosmetic side of the update, yes, there's some amazing ones including outfits for Trevor that dress him as Simon Belmont, Alucard (from SotN), or even Leon Belmont. The Dark Lord picks up two alternate outfits, and Sypha and Maria outfits show up for survivors Mikaela and Kate.
I literally love it all. What do you think?
