Fight Against Tyranny In Season IX Of Conqueror's Blade, Coming Later This Month
Axe-throwers, javelin cavalry, and "explosive force" are the season's new units
A new season of Conqueror's Blade is almost upon us, tasking player-warlords to fight back against the tyranny of ... well, a tyrant, because as The Good Place taught us, tyranny is bad.
In Season IX: Tyranny, players will recruit three new seasonal units, composed of the tyrant's soldiers and rebel forces. These include the strong-armed Axe Raiders, who received a preview video yesterday, along with a javelin cavalry unit and an as-yet-unrevealed "explosive force from the far east." My.Games and Booming Tech are offering players the ability to pre-purchase seasonal units for the first time, because, hey, the sooner they can get your money, the better.
The Season IX battle pass can also be pre-purchased, starting today, and it offers the typical 100 levels of rewards for both free and paid players, such as currencies, emotes, hero and unit attire, and weapon skins. Improvements for Territory Wars are also planned for later in the season.
Season IX: Tyranny launches on September 28. You can learn more about it on the Conqueror's Blade site.
