To enter you'll need to head over to Twitter and follow the English, French, or German FFXIV accounts, then retweet the "Announcement Post" each month. In your retweet, you'll need to include the hashtag #FFXIV10thSweepstakes, your full in-game character name, and your full in-game Home World name.
You might want to check out the official post on the Final Fantasy XIV site to make sure you get it right, they've got an example template of what it should look like and a few reminders such as making sure your mailbox isn't full in case you win.
Best of luck to those who enter!
