Fortnite Adds Musical Warfare With The Boom Box Item
Fortnite Battle Royale is getting a good dose of the 80s with the addition of a Boom Box -- that's obviously made for cassettes and somehow manages to look really angry. Just as tough as the real items from decades back, the Fortnite Boom Box can be thrown at enemy structures in order to negate their defenses. In fact, it can take out freshly built walls with one blast.
Of course, it's probably a bad idea for you to build near the box yourself since it takes shooting it to make it stop.
The box comes as part of V7.10 content update #2, which also includes a new ice castle theme for creative mode and new weapons for Save the World. A full rundown of everything arriving in the new update is available on the Fortnite site.
