Gigantic‘s first big post-launch update, Corruption, hits servers tomorrow, and it brings with it a new hero, custom lobbies, and push-to-talk functionality.
The new hero, Oru, is a card-slinging, fortune-telling minor deity with a variety of offensive and control powers. His versatility and wide range of effects make him a challenging hero, but one that can be a real benefit to his team when played well.
The update also introduces a beta version of lobbies, letting players create their own 5v5 matches instead of dealing with the whims of matchmaking. Push-to-talk functionality is also making a much-needed debut in Gigantic, and Motiga’s also bringing back the creature gestation mechanic, which “promotes greater strategy at higher levels of play by giving players a window to attack and counter enemy creatures while they are still vulnerable.”
You can see Oru and the rest of the features in the Corruption update during a livestream on the Gigantic Twitch tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. PDT.
i love cartoonish games with good animations, for example – Loadout (shooter), but this game hurts my eyes, how people play this i dont understand
Stop being a drama queen. This game has one of the most visually appealing art styles I have seen since wind waker.
art style and animation is good but colors and contrasts not. so good luck to your eyes
Never had a problem with that, though the new white menus are a bit much.
Maybe you’re just playing with high brightness in a dark room, lol.
