Little Orbit Announces StoneHold, Combinging MOBA And CCG Action
Victory requires smart deck building as well as MOBA skills.

A new MOBA with a CCG twist is coming to PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store, and GamersFirst. StoneHold, from Little Orbit, is described as “a high-impact fusion of action MOBA and collectible card game”. It’s an over the shoulder, first person MOBA with matches intended to be completed in about 20 minutes. The 5v5 game features the standard hero types: Wizard, Ranger, Rogue, etc. But the characters aren’t the only thing that makes a difference in the chances of success.
Players also need to have solid deck-building skills. During combat, when a player destroys enemy turrets, they’ll be able to draw Skill Cards. A quick sprint back to the base will allow them them to swap abilities.
According to the press release, the game promises dynamic progression. Winning matches earn players rewards. Duplicates of these rewards can be turned into Shards used to upgrade their favorite items, making them stronger.
While there isn’t a release date for the game as of yet, there is a Steam page. Those interested can keep an eye on it there by using the Wishlist feature.
