Star Trek Online’s Unleashed Update Launches On Consoles Today
Help Hugh of the Borg Cooperative deal with the Aetherian threat.
After a bit of a wait, console players can finally experience Star Trek Online’s Unleashed update. The MMORPG’s 34th season introduces a new episode featuring fan-favorites such as Hugh and Seven of Nine as players help them deal with the Aetherian threat and uncover their secrets. The story begins with Hugh summoning players to Deep Space 9 to help with an extraction mission.
In addition to the new story content, Unleashed also adds a new Task Force Operation – Shattered Peace. In this TFO, players will respond to a distress call from Seven of Nine to help defend Alliance Headquarters at Khitomer. The mission will require players to eliminate multiple enemy incursions with remote assistance from seven of Nine. The challenge includes rifts, enemy waves, and more.
The new update is available on both PlayStation and Xbox consoles now, so players can log in and continue their adventures.
