LotRO's Fifth Winterstock Event To Feature 47 Performing Bands
Who needs Beyonce or Adele when you have hobbits and dwarves? Billed as "the biggest musical event in LotRO," the fifth incarnation of Winterstock will take place in The Lord of the Rings Online later this month and feature 47 bands composed of players from around the world.
Winterstock V will occur over four days, from Jan. 12-15, in the Thorin's Gate zone on the Landroval server. Performing bands include such names as "Mithril Moon Fellowship," "Purple Pipeweed Parlor Band," "Troll Finger," and "P.I.E." Mmm ... pie.
You can see the full schedule and list of performing acts on the LotRO Artists web site. You can also browse the calendar to see the other performances throughout the month.
