MU Ignition's First Content Update Adds Class-Promotion Feature
Webzen released the first update for MU Ignition since its launch in January. Included in the update are a class-promotion feature, a level increase, and new areas to explore.
Using the promotion feature, players can now upgrade Blade Knight to Blade Master, Soul Master to Grand Master, and Muse Elf to High Elf. In doing so, they will be able to learn new skills and increase their power.
The first of the two new areas, "Kalima", will be open to players at level 270 -- so long as they have the required "Lost Map" item when they try to enter. At the same level, players will be able to use Set Stones to change normal items into set items that can be activated for bonuses.
Players at level 320 will be able to enter the second new area introduced in this update. This "Land of Trials" is a new PvP area filled with boss monsters and plenty of rewards.
In honor of the new update, Webzen is hosting a special event to complement the introduction of the new set items in which players can collect the set items to receive rewards. They'll also be running events throughout the month of February. There will be five of these in total and players can learn more about them by visiting the official site.
