Netmarble’s Dark Fantasy MMORPG Raven2 Prepares For Global Launch
Yes, it’s on PC.
Today, Netmarble announced the upcoming global launch of Raven2, a free-to-play dark fantasy MMORPG that the developer describes as “brutal”. The game has been available in Asia, specifically South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao, and has apparently been doing very well. Soon, it will be available on the App Store and Google Play as well as on PC via the Epic Games Store.
In Raven 2, players bear a “cursed Stigma” and are part of a Special Corps investigating dangerous phenomena around the world. This includes fighting demons and discovering the mysteries behind the fate of the world. The game features large guild-based battles and cross-platform play.
As of now, players can pre-register to play Raven 2 on mobile devices and wishlist it on the Epic Games Store. As is typically the case, those who pre-register will receive special rewards when the game launches. This includes a heroic-grade Holy Garment that can be used to enhance combat power. Other rewards include 1 million gold, potions, and enhancement stones. Pre-registration is open until the game launches. Currently, there is no specified launch date.
