Neverwinter Returns To Sharandar In Its Next Expansion

It's been a while since Neverwinter players last visited the land of Sharandar, and it seems it's time to return. However, things won't be the same as when they were last there. On February 9, PC players will be re-introduced to the area via the Sharandar expansion. (Console players will gain access March 9.) This expansion adds three new episodes to the game, each introducing new features to Sharandar.
The expansion will kick off with the first of the three episodes, The Iron Tooth. Players will begin the new adventure with an assignment to investigate the disappearance of an elven dignitary, which requires them to travel to the Ruins of Malabog. This is part of a larger story in which Feywild and the stronghold of Sharandar are consumed by darkness and plagued by creatures willing to kill anyone who enters the land.
In adddition to the new story content, the update will introduce several technical changes to the area, such as a visual rework. It also adds a new social hub, end-game dungeon, and more. Of course, not everything will come at once as there are two other episodes that will be added at later dates.
