New Wild 5v5 Game Mode SUPER CASHBALL Takes Over THE FINALS
Score big, get glitched, and win exclusive loot.
Update 7.6 for THE FINALS brings a new game mode called SUPER CASHBALL — a 5v5 competition centered around teamwork, strategy, and high-speed gameplay.
In this new mode, players of the free-to-play shooter must work together to throw the Cashball into the opposing team's goal, with opportunities to boost point values by passing and charging the ball. A single fully charged goal can earn up to three points, and strategic passing — even if the ball touches the ground — still counts toward charge buildup, provided the next player to touch it is a teammate.
Each match consists of two five-minute halves, and comebacks are possible: score in the final 30 seconds to gain a time extension. If the match ends in a tie, the team that first reached the tied score is declared the winner. Players choose from three locked loadout roles — Striker (Light), Playmaker (Medium), and Enforcer (Heavy) — each with unique gear and functions. Additionally, goal areas feature “penalty zones” that “glitch” opposing players, preventing them from carrying the ball or using abilities if they step inside.
The mode takes place in the new CA$HBALL STADIUM, and it's also available in private matches. A new feature, the SUPER CASHBALL WHEEL, sponsored by VAIIYA, offers exclusive themed rewards unlocked through Daily Contracts as well. Players begin with a free spin and can collect ticket parts for more chances at 20 prizes. The big prize is the Zone Enforcer Set.
Further customization options introduced in this update include Voice Customization, letting players choose how their character sounds independently of their appearance.
And a new Twitch Drops campaign lets viewers earn the Chuck the Healing Emitter, plus matching cosmetics, by watching THE FINALS streamers.
