Omeda Studios Drops Roadmap for Predecessor Early Access
There’s also some info on consoles
Today, Omeda Studios published a new post detailing what players can expect from the ongoing early access for their MOBA-FPS style game Predecessor. The game can already be played via Steam as of December 1 and the first season kicked off at the same time. Today’s post just fills players in on what’s happening.
The post offers players a look at several characters that will be introduced over the next four months as well as end-of-season rewards. At the end of each season, players will get icons, skins, and coins. Each of these is based on the level the players reach by the end of the season. Based on the infographic on the posts page, there are more than 300 levels available.
The developer decided to begin hosting Seasonal content as a way to “be more transparent about their commitments”. It should also give an idea of how long the developers intend for Early Access to run. Season 1 began on December 1 and will run until the end of March. That’s four months. The developers currently intend to host a second season during Early access as well. Although, they’re not sure about the length yet.
As these seasons progress, players can also expect plenty in the way of updates and changes. Details on these can be found in the post on the game’s site.
