Once Human Update Introduces New Starchrom System As The Roadmap Teases The Mobile Launch
The new system is just one of the many things included in the latest update.

Yesterday, Starry Studio dropped the Version 1.3.4 update for the survival MMO Once Human. The update is filled with fixes and optimizations, but the primary focus seems to be on improving how players acquire certain things – among them Starchroms. In this case, players may now acquire Starchroms just by playing. They’ll receive them for simply logging in, with a monthly limit of 66,000 obtainable Starchroms. This doesn’t include those earned from events.
If you’re wondering what happened to the old methods of earning Starchroms, most of those now reward Asterisms. There are other methods for obtaining Starchroms. More details regarding those are available in the update patch notes.
The update also introduces the blueprint collection level system, offering players a way to unlock and upgrade blueprints in order to earn Collection XP.
Yes, it being the holidays, there is a limited-time event. It runs from December 19 to January 12 and will offer weekly gifts. These are also detailed in the patch notes.
In addition to the update, Starry Studio had more news for players. Earlier today, they hosted the Nalcott New Year Stream video sharing two important bits of information with players. The first is the 2025 roadmap, seen below. The other is the date of the mobile global launch – which, technically, is part of the roadmap. Players can expect that in April. Signups are available now.
