Path of Exile Fan Art

Grinding Gear Games has launched the first-ever Path of Exile 2 Fan Art Competition, inviting community artists to showcase their creativity and passion for the upcoming free-to-play ARPG that’s currently in buy-to-play Early Access. This event provides a platform for fans to share their talents and offers a wide variety of rewards ranging from merchandise to exclusive in-game microtransactions.

The competition has a strong emphasis on originality, with rules that disallow AI-generated artwork. Participants may submit multiple entries, but all works must be newly created after the launch of the contest. The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, October 21, at 9 PM (PDT), with winners announced shortly afterward.

The prize structure is designed to reward artists at different levels, with the top three winners receiving the most packed bundles. These include a custom forum avatar based on their artwork, two Displate posters, collectible pins, a Path of Exile 2 keycap, merchandise like T-shirts and deskpads, Chaos Orb socks, and their choice of cosmetics such as Armour Sets, Portal Effects, and Footprints Effects. Those finishing in 4th and 5th place also receive goodies, including a Displate poster, apparel, pins, and a selection of cosmetic microtransactions. Entrants who place 6th through 10th earn a smaller set of prizes, while those ranked 11th through 20th receive their choice of Portal Effect. Runners-up will walk away with a Third Edict Mystery Box.
