Protect Eggs In The Return Of New World: Aeternum's Siege Of Sulfur Event, Complete With High-Level Gear Rewards
The event is mostly the same, but the gear dropped has been increased in level.
If you're trucking around Aeternum next month looking for something to do, there's some mages transporting sandwurm eggs that could use a little help battling back Sulfur Elementals that want those eggs for breakfast. Starting on February 4th and running until the 24th, New World: Aeternum sees the return of the "Siege of Sulfur" event. While most of the features remain the same, the rewards have been changed to include level 700 gear and a chance to loot a 710 level piece of gear.
The MMORPG's players can band together in groups of 10 or more (level 60+) and battle back the smelly sulfur across Brightwood, Ebonscale Reach, Edengrove, Mourningdale, and Brimstone Sands. After you've battled back the evil forces, your rewards all come down to how many eggs you've managed to save that day. Saving 1, 2, or 3 eggs give you level 700 gear drops and chances to net some Obsidian Gypsum.
Bonus rewards, which can be earned up to three times per day, can include a 30% chance to get some 710 gear. Some of the rewards can be gathered daily, and some can be pulled in multiple times per day. Hit up the full post so you know exactly how many eggs you need to save to get your desired reward.
