Realm Royale Time Shattered Isle Update Introduces New 40-Player Map And New Mode

A new update dropped in Realm Royale today, adding a wide variety of new features for players to enjoy. Among the new items being added to the game is a new 40-player map featuring the same name as the update, Time Shattered Isle. It replaces the old map, which will only be available through LTMs in the future. Also introduced in this update is the new Competitive queue. This queue has no bots and a longer queue timer. That means it could take up to ten minutes to pop.

Other additions in the game are rare and powerful items that will drop anywhere between 0-2 times per map in ancient chests. The chests take 10 seconds to open. Event systems have been added as well. The events have been tweaked to be BR-specific as well.

Players can look forward to quality-of-life changes as well – including a reward for killing players. Killing players will drop a chicken nugget that can heal armor and health. This is intended to help teams that win engagements from getting third-partied before being able to heal.
