Rocket League 6th Season "Gets Animated"
Not in the normal Rocket League way.
Today, Psyonix announced the upcoming 6th season for its car-soccer game Rocket League. It seems even wackier than usual, and that's saying a good bit. The new season features an animation-themed Rocket Pass, including a new Nomad Van and a Neo Tokyo Variant Arena. (It's the comic version.)
There’s also something called a Nomster which shows up as wheels, a new antenna, and a goal explosion. Whatever it is, it looks like it’s hungry – mostly for the Nomad van, it would seem?
In addition to the general Rocket Pass content, the new update will also introduce the Fornax Series blueprints and several bits of new cosmetics. Of course, new tournament rewards are being added. Beyond that, players can look forward to a new Limited Time Event with an all-new mode. Yeah…They're not telling us what that is just yet.
