Sangonomiya Kokomi, The Divine Priestess And Protector Of Watasumi Island, Is Now Available In Genshin Impact
Her story quest is live as well.
Sangonomiya Kokomi, who players will likely recognize as the leader of the Inazuman resistance – provided you’ve played through the most recent expansion’s story content – is now available as Genshin Impact’s latest playable character. Technically, the Divine Priestess of Watasumi Island, Kokomi carries a Hydro Vision and is armed with a Catalyst. She’s a five-star support character with an AOE that heals nearby party members while doing damage to enemies. Her normal attack sends fish swimming through the air to deal three consecutive attacks to enemies.
Of course, with a new character introduction comes a new wish event. Kokomi is joined by the four-star characters Rosario, Beidou, and Xingqiu in the “Drifting Luminescence” wish event. This lasts until October 12.
And yes, there is a story quest – “Dracaena Somnolenta Chapter”. To participate in this, players will need to be at least Adventure Rank 40 and have a Story Key from completing eight daily commissions. They will also need to have completed Archon quest Chapter II: Act III: Omnipresence Over Mortals.
