Smite Teams Up With Nickelodeon To Bring The Avatar Universe To The Next Battle Pass
Here's some big news for Smite fans who also happen to be fans of Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra. Titan Forge Games has announced a partnership with Nickelodeon that will bring beloved characters from each series to the game. The Smite team posted a teaser trailer earlier today, revealing that Aang, Zuko, and Korra will be included in the July 2020 Battle Pass.
These aren't new playable gods, but rather skins for three existing gods. Each Avatar character will be available as two skins -- one of which is available in the Prestige Track. As you'll see in the video below, Aang is a Merlin skin with Avatar Aang being the Prestige version, Zuko is the Susano skin with his Prestige version being Blue Spirit Susano, and Korra is a Skadi skin with Avatar Korra as Prestige.
Korra is also accompanied by her polar bear dog Naga. For those of you wondering why Appa's not in the video, someone asked about that on Twitter and got this response from HiRezKillgoon:
