Space MMO Starbase Updates Its Roadmap Citing Thorough Testing

But, A few things have been pushed back.

Starbase Feature Delays

Starbase, that voxel-y space exploration, building MMO that you’ve seen people talking about lately, is going to have a few features arriving a little later than expected. The game’s developer, Frozenbyte, published an update on their Steam page today, announcing the delay of a few of the game’s upcoming features.

The good news is, none of them appear to be major delays, a month to two months at most. Two of these features, Moon Bases & Mining and Capital Ships, were originally intended to arrive this month. Now, players can expect Moonbases & Mining in September and Capital Ships in October. The other two features, Social Tools for companies and Station Siege, were both planned for September. These have been pushed back to October and November respectively.

The developer has pushed these features back in order to ensure they’ve been tested as thoroughly as possible. So, the good news is that once they do arrive they (hopefully) shouldn’t break the game.

Love this game,& love the character robot. I only started playing last week having bought it a while ago and I'm just enjoying the start base doing all the training areas, you get quick cash re rolling them. I am yet to build a ship ..lol .. its crazy, for hours I've flown around the whole start base its great fun :)
My problem currently is locking time in with having so many play queues going on in the day. its all good :)
