Spring Has Sprung In Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis
That means the floral rappies have arrived.
Today, Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis kicked off the Spring Seasonal event, adding new rewards, themed maps, mischief symbols, and more. It also introduces an interesting change to the event system: the removal of the cap on seasonal points. In fact, players can even pick up a special booster to help increase the points they’re earning. For those who'd like to obtain this booster, it's called the Balloonimix.
Among the rewards available during this event, is a new 5-star Lumiere weapon. It has a light attribute and is useful against the seasonal enemies who just so happen to be weak to light. Another reward players can get their hands on is the event-exclusive Scratch Ticket. This is available via Urgent Events and Trigger Quests.
It should be noted that this is just part of the content, as it’s just for the first half of the event. On March 23, the second half of the event will roll out, bringing more Spring-themed fun with it.
