Square Enix Announces Changes To Final Fantasy XIV’s Crystalline Conflict Rewards, Don't Worry, You're Getting More
Players will now be able to receive portraits, achievements, and more for all tiers and ranks.

When Patch 6.2 drops in Final Fantasy XIV, it will bring changes to the reward system for the game’s newest PvP mode, Crystalline Conflict. Instead of having to aim for a particular rank or tier in order to get a desired reward, players will be able to earn rewards for all the tiers and ranks they’ve passed and finally achieved at the end of the season.
This means that players can get all the Framer’s Kits, achievements, and titles they effectively earned by not only hitting the required rank but passing them. It only makes sense. There are a few things to note, however. As the PvP Seasons change, they’ll bring new rank rewards. However, tier rewards will remain the same each time. In addition, portrait and achievement rewards for all tiers and ranks up to and including the final standings of players in Season One will be unlocked retroactively when Patch 6.2 releases.
