Star Trek Online Celebrates “First Contact Day” Once Again With A Special Event
Players can launch into space with Phoenix Rockets to fight Borg and recreate the Synth attack on Mars.

April 5, was “First Contact Day” — an informal commemorative occasion celebrated by Star Trek fans across the universe in honor of the media franchise.
And so, First Contact Day Celebration festivities begin once again in Star Trek Online from April 12 to May 3. Players can team up in groups of four in Cryptic Studios' MMORPG to launch Phoenix Rockets that take them back to 2063 so they may fight back against Borg or participate in a recreation of the Synth attack on Mars. The grand prize, achieved through 14-day daily progress, is the Universal Console - Chronogami Time Portal.
Furthermore, players may continue to earn scaling Dilithium Ore bonus rewards following completion of the event. With each completion, they’ll get 8,000. And those who don’t have time can spend Zen to make up for any lost progress...
