Star Trek Online Season 11.5 Adds More Ship Modification Options
Captains in Star Trek Online received some good news today. Those wanting to give their ships a more personalized look will be able to do so when Season 11.5 hits. They will be able to equip deflectors, impulse engines and shields using the new "Visuals" tab. Stats and set bonuses will not be used on the items.
This means that players will be able to make their ships look any way they want without it impacting how they play the game. However, players will need to keep in mind that this only applies to items located in the Visuals tab and that Visuals can not be disabled.
More information on the new feature can be found on the STO site.
