Hotta Studio’s Anime Gacha With GTA Vibes, Neverness To Everness Sets Dates For Closed Beta
There are a lot of beta tests happening lately, and anime-style games seem to be at the front of the pack. The good news is that there seems to be a pretty solid variety available for players to check out. Case in point: Perfect World Entertainment and Hotta Studio have announced the closed beta period for their F2P open-world action RPG urban gacha game Neverness to Everness.
The test will run for two weeks, from July 3 to 16. During that time, players will be able to explore the city of Hethereau. For those who may have been in previous tests, Hotta also announced updates to the game’s systems, including the addition of vehicle registration and a wanted system. (Like we said, GTA-like.) These systems will allow players to take vehicles, but they’ll need to be careful if they don’t want to trigger the wanted system. And, just like you’d expect, the wanted system gets more serious as players commit more illegal activities.
The game also offers players street racing, dynamic weather, and more.
I have to say that, as far as this genre of games goes, this one sounds pretty unique. If nothing else, it should scratch the urban game itch that I was talking about before.
