Star Wars: The Old Republic’s PvP Season 8 Will Allow Players To Use Cartel Coins To Catch Up
Don’t fall behind and get all those rewards.
When Star Wars: The Old Republic drops Update 7.7, it will kick off PvP Season 8 “Champions of the Wild”. This season offers players of the F2P MMORPG a way to keep up with others should they fall behind by spending Cartel Coins. It’s worth noting that this will only help with catching up, but it won’t allow players to skip participating, particularly if they want to earn the Meta-Achievement “PvP Season 8 Prodigy”.
As for how this season will work, players can complete up to four objectives per week in order to make progress. For F2P and Preferred players, this means completing all objectives available to them. Subscribers will be able to choose between 6 objectives. So they can pick and choose.
On the rewards front, players can pick up several new titles, armors, decorations, and more. A rundown of all the goodies is available on the SWTOR site.
