Take Over The Red Baron's Powerful Strike Frigate In Marauders' First Early Access Update, And It's Free
It's going to take a lot more than luck to bring this ace pilot to their knees.
Early access kicked off for Marauders, the space looter-shooter from Team17 and Small Impact Games, back in October. Since then, space pirates have been pillaging and fighting their way through a high stakes PvPvE universe with mostly known threats.
That's going to change soon. The Red Baron will soon be flying into deep-space and if players want to try and snag his powerful Strike Frigate (and maybe get lucky on some other loot from the Red Baron's corpse) they're going to need a lot more than just dumb luck.
Finding the Red Baron isn't the hard part, you'll likely be found first as you travel space. The hard part comes in finding a way onto the Red Baron's ship and surviving the intense firefight in tight quarters with very little light. To the victor goes the spoils, as they say.
How you get on board an ace pilot's ship at all before you get shot down is the problem...
The Red Baron update will be the first update made to the game and while we don't have a release date for the update quite yet, you will be able to get your first peeks at the new content on a live stream today hosted by the team. The stream will kick off at 8PM GMT.
