The Cycle Frontier Season 2

Soon, the first competitive Season of YAGER’s extraction shooter, The Cycle: Frontier, will be coming to an end. In fact, players can look forward to Season 2 kicking off on September 28. Before then, big things are happening. Explosive things. Things with meteors. It’s going to be a disaster of the epic kind.

Beginning today, players will be subjected to shorter day cycles, more frequent storms, and meteors will rain down upon them bringing Meteor Cores with them. These can be used to craft powerful legendary weapons that players might generally have difficulty obtaining.

At the end of all this, prior to the launch of Season 2, players will have their levels and reputation reset. Items and upgrades will be destroyed as well – not including cosmetics and Aurum balances. Those will carry over. Another item that will carry over is the Welcome Pack, provided a player has purchased them.

When Season 2 launches, players will be able to experience a whole new endgame. “The Depths of Tharis Island” will introduce a new map and mechanic to the game. Of course, it will also add new loot, cosmetics, and more.
