The Proxies Finally Return Home To Sixth Street In Zenless Zone Zero's Version 2.6 Update
Just in time for the Guilded Carrot Day festivities.

Today, HoYoverse revealed Zenless Zone Zero's Version 2.6 update, "Encore for an Old Dream". The update launches on February 6, taking the Proxies back home to Sixth Street just in time to take part in the annual Gilded Carrot Day fun and cheer on their friends, the Angels of Delusion as they kick off their idol career. Two of them, Sunna and Aria, will even join the free-to-play action RPG's roster of playable Agents. The group will perform at the 404 Error music venue on Sixth Street. Finally, we'll be able to get a look at the place that's been shuttered since we began our adventures.
In fact, players will be able to go backstage as supporting staff for the Angels, managing their schedules and social media, and taking part in rhythm-based gameplay. There will also be a new Marcel Adventure.
Speaking of new things, a new game mode, Operation Matrix, is being introduced. The mode features rotating themed stages where teams consisting of three primary agents, an auxiliary agent, and a Bangboo. There are also new Resonia and Gears that players will find useful.
Of course, it won't all be just celebrations and fun. While the city prepares for Gilded Carrot Day, Phaethon will take on a new commission involving an "illegal intelligent entity" that requires them to team up with Jane Doe. (I wonder if we're about to meet one of the other three super-intelligent AI like Fairy.)
As far as what else is available in the update, players will want to watch the most recent livestream to learn about it all.
