The Roster Continues To Grow In Smite 2 With Ra And Sobek
The Egyptian gods of the Sun and the Nile join the battle.

Today, Titan Forge Games released the fifth update to Smite 2’s closed alpha, adding two more gods to the mix. This time, the Egyptian gods Ra and Sobek are joining the fight. Ra, the god of sun and Light uses radiant energy to both harm and heal – dealing damage, blinding enemies, and healing allies. His ultimate allows him to attack from a distance with a solar beam.
Sobek, the Crocodile god of the Nile, oversees fertility and military prowess. Yes, it’s a strange combination, but gods are like that. This god can easily close in on his enemies and toss them around. He’s a good god for those who enjoy doing crowd control.
In addition to the two gods, this new update also changes some of the MOBA’s systems. Bot behavior has been improved and post-match history details have seen some adjustment.
