Things Are Getting Explosive In Apex Legends’ Haute Shot Event
And players can now flex their Legend abilities in the updated Areans: Duels LTM.
Apex Legends’ latest update brings players both fashion and explosives with which to beat the heat. Punnily titled Haute Shot, the update features new beach-themed legendary skins for Loba, Sparrow, and others, which can be obtained via the Haute Shot Packs. Players can also pick up new legendary weapon skins designed to complement their beach attire.
Speaking of packs, special packs may drop the Sky Piercer Universal Melee. All legends can use this, and it can be upgraded into a variant that shoots fireworks.
The update also introduces an updated LTM to the F2P shooter. Arenas: Duels. Players can now use their Legend abilities in this mode, which should make things a bit more interesting. That said, it won’t change things too much. Legends, loadouts, and spawn locations are still randomized, and players and their opponents are still mirrored.
