Things Are Getting Witchy In Today's EverQuest II Update
It seems like everyone's getting into the Halloween spirit early. Stores have had candy and decorations out for a bit, and now Darkpaw Games is dropping a witch-themed update for EverQuest II titled Toil and Trouble.
(Okay, they may have had Shakespeare on the brain instead.)
Either way, the update introduces The Dreadfell Coven, a secret society of witches (and warlocks) located in the village of Somborn in the Loping Plains. The coven has opened a portal to the experimental labs of Vasty Deep somewhere in Ultera, where some rather shady magical and scientific experiments were inflicted on living creatures.
The update adds a new raid dungeon and three new Heroic and Solo dungeons to the game. Accompanying the dungeons are 19 new collection quests in Vasty Deep, as well as six new tradeskill collections. To access this new content, players will need to speak with Dr. Arcana in Loping Plains.
