Trove Trouble With Titles Update

As the game's Halloween event approaches, gamigo is doing gamigo things. That's how I'd best describe the latest update to Trove, which arrives today on PC. The latest update is all about in-game Titles for your characters in the MMO. You can craft, earn, and buy titles in lootboxes in the cash shop. That's right, they've monetized Titles for your characters.

There are still Titles to earn and craft in-game, however. Each character can have one prefix Title and one suffix Title. There are standard Titles you can get from crafting, Metric Titles you get when you log in to the game that signify special milestones you have reached, and special Draconic Titles that become available based on the collectible dragons in Trove.

But of course, they couldn't just stop there. There are an additional 100+ Titles available in the cash shop gambling system known as lootboxes.

Other additions in this update include more player-made dungeons, equipment/weapon styles, and placeable decoration objects. The Trove team says players can also look for improved controller support on PC.

The Trouble With Titles update is live in Trove now.
