Where Winds Meet Heading To Mobile Devices Later This Month
Yes, that does include cross-play and cross-progression.

If you haven’t been able to get enough of NetEase and Everstone Studio’s open-world Wuxia game, Where Winds Meet, you’ll probably be happy to know you’ll soon be able to take the game with you wherever you go – provided you have an Android or iOS device that can run it, that is. Today, the developer announced that the action game would be launching globally on mobile devices on December 12.
This isn’t a completely separate version of the game, although its UI has been optimized for mobile devices. In fact, it will feature both cross-play and cross-progression with the currently existing PC and Console versions of the game. Players can pre-register for the mobile version of the game via the Play Store or the App Store, depending on their device. A link to both can be found on the official Where Winds Meet website.
If you have friends you’ve been hoping to get into the game, but who aren’t PC or console players, you should probably hit them up now. Of course, with the cross-play, those who are already in the game can get some exploring done while away from home. And there’s a lot of exploring to do.
