World of Speed Trailer Races Impreza and Lancer on the Streets of London
Slightly Mad Studios' and My.com's free-to-play racer World of Speed has a new trailer video today, and it showcases two of the most legendary cars on the rally circuit: the Subaru Impreza WRX STi and the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X. The cars tear through the streets of London, drifting and careening around corners and motoring down straightaways at breakneck speed.
As you recall from our preview from February, World of Speed isn't about one-on-one racing, or even free-for-alls. The best action will split players into teams, and you can see that indicated in the trailer, with the Team Blue Impreza and Team Red Lancer. Not seen is the Team Yellow Yugo, but we're sure it'll be in the final version. Right?
Closed beta for World of Speed will begin in Q4 2014. You can sign up on the game's website.
