As The Holidays Come To The MMORPG, World Of Warcraft Offers A Look At Undermine(d) In Latest WoWCast
Get a peek at the goblin city, cars, new delves, and more.
When “Undermine(d)”, the next bit of The War Within content, drops in World of Warcraft, players will find themselves exploring the the capital of the goblin empire. It’s a place unlike any seen before in the MMORPG, boasting a more advanced feel that, likely, only the goblins could have envisioned. Of course, advanced or not, it’s still a city full of people with problems. When players arrive, they’ll be thrown right into the middle of a very big problem involving disputes between various factions. Guess who has to choose a side.
Helping out will have its benefits. For instance, players can get their hands on a customizable vehicle designed for use on the streets of Undermine. Yes, they can be used for racing.
Undermine(d) also introduces new delves and kicks off The War Within’s second season. There will be a new dungeon and a new raid, too. Everything has a particularly goblin feel. Details on each of the new items are available on the World of Warcraft site or you can watch the latest WoWCast here.
In additional news, Winter Veil is live and will run until January 5. The event includes new content and new goodies, including new transmog set pieces and new pets.
Also note that WoW Classic: 20th Anniversary Edition will kick off Phase 2 on January 9. This includes the introduction of the updated Honor System and the world bosses Azuregos and Kazzak, among other things.
