It's been a short while since Marvel Heroes was pulled from the Microsoft Store back in November. At that time refunds were mentioned, after players made a few demands, but not really detailed. Now that the company has had a little time to set everything up, they're finally offering players more information on when and how they'll be able to get back the money they've spent on the Super Hero game's DLC.

Players who purchased DLC from the Microsoft Store between September 1 and November 29, 2017 will automatically receive a credit or refund. Which of these are offered to you is based upon when the money was spent. It's pretty simple. If you bought DLC between October 31 and November 29, your refund will be credited to your original form of payment -- meaning you'll get real cash back on your card. If, however, you purchased items between September 1 and October 30, you'll get credit to use elsewhere in the Microsoft Store.

No mention has been made of how it will work if you made purchases during both those periods, but one can probably assume that your refund will be split. Both refund types should be received by January 31.

While we're speaking of console refunds, it has been reported that PlayStation will be offering refunds soon as well. According to YouTuber JayShockblast, purchases made between August 17 and October 17, 2017 will be refunded in PSN credits. Anything after that will be a real money refund back to whatever method off payment that you used.
