Wrath Breaks Free In Aion Classic EU And Fire Rains Down In New Dungeons
3.7, one of Aion's largest updates, comes to Classic today.
It's update day in Aion Classic EU and that means that the F2P MMORPG is now the proud owner of Update 3.7: Wrath. Back in the day, this was one of the the larger updates made to the game. The primary focus of the patch is two new dungeons for the PvE lovers out there.
Burning Blood Fortress sees a dragon infused with powers from the Fire Dragon King's energy running amok. You probably would too if experiments were performed on you. With dragons and a name that includes "Burning" in it, yes, expect plenty of fire and flames to have to dance around. Dokkaebi Realm may not have the full fire appearance, but things aren't any less dangerous here. An evil force has corrupted the land, so go do your usual hero thing and fix that.
The dev team has dropped guides to each dungeon if you need a little help getting through the challenges. Both dungeons require you to be at least level 56.
Just because most of the content is PvE-focused doesn't mean the update doesn't bring anything for the PvP players out there. The Tiarkh Testing Lab PvP instance is back, but this won't last forever. If you enjoy this map, get your fill now along with some new PvP items.
Wrath also includes the MMO's Enchanting System Revamp and the full details on that can be found in the patch notes, if needed.
