XDefiant Drops Update On Twitter, More News In The Coming Weeks
Could we be getting a launch date soon?
XDefiant is still chugging along behind the scenes with the implementation of the new Party System and addressing Netcode issues. Some devs put in time over the holidays to get the game ready for launch.

According to Mark Rubin's update on Twitter/X, we will be getting more "specific news" in the coming weeks on the status of the shooter. Will that info include a launch date? It's becoming more and more likely that we are getting close to the launch of the game following last year's indefinite delay.
The Netcode issues and party system were the two major items Rubin brought up in a previous update on XDefiant's status, so if those two items are getting ironed out, a launch date is sure to follow soon.
Regardless of whether or not we get a launch date, Rubin has promised more info in the next few weeks, and I'm sure XDefiant fans will be anxiously awaiting any word from the upcoming free-to-play shooter.
