Altitude is a free-to-play 2D aerial combat fighting game. Combining Call of Duty-like perks and Team Fortress 2 variety in a nonstop action package, you choose your plane based on personal play-style and team composition and jump into the fray. Whether you’re casual or hardcore, there’s a game mode available to test your skills.
Each plane has its own strengths and weaknesses to cater to the player and situation. Pick the agile Loopy or dangerous Miranda and lead your team to victory. Players can choose from a variety of game modes such as Team Deathmatch, Free-for-All, Team Base Destruction, or the competitive tournament scene. In Altitude, player skill, teamwork, and strategy is the true separation between winning and losing. Work with others to pick up power-ups, claim perks, and defeat the other team.
Each game mode brings its own challenges. Players must grab and drop a bomb on the enemy base in Team Base Destruction and the person with the bomb moves slower. Ball mode sees both teams trying to shoot a ball into the opposing player’s goal, like soccer, forcing players to learn how to pass and shoot while protecting their teammates. 1-life Deathmatch makes survival the ultimate goal. And demolition is good for those craving objective based team play.
With each match, players gain experience to unlock planes and perks which opens up more customization to suit any play style. Along with the numerous game modes, there’s no shortage of ways to take to the skies and display your skills.
