ArcheAge: Unchaned Fresh Start Server

Sometimes, a fresh start is needed. This can be particularly true of video game servers where the economy can grow stale, housing becomes unobtainable, or there simply isn’t anyone for new people to play with because existing players are gathered together in later zones. Luckily, with MMOs, when this happens developers can elect to launch fresh start servers. That’s exactly what Kakao Games has decided to do for players in ArcheAge: Unchained. On September 15, those looking for a new start can create characters in a completely fresh space.

When the new server launches, players who join will be rewarded with an XP boost, an increase in honor and vocation points, and a higher loot drop rate – all just to get things rolling. There will also be enhancements specific to the new server. These include a new marketplace that will allow players to purchase labor rechargers and other things. Weekly quests have been improved as well.

Players who transfer off of existing servers will be rewarded with things like a new title, Serendipity Stones, Infusions, and Enhances. In order to make the move, players will need a ticket to complete the process. They can also trade in any honor points they may have before making the move.

On a side note, Kakao Games is also offering players a special pet. The catch is that they need to register for the company’s newsletter before September 15. Only then will they be able to get the Billy the Moo pet. Full details on the Fresh Start Server can be found on the ArcheAge site.
