Wow, ok, I personally didn't see this one coming but according to a press release JUST issued by NCSoft their free-to-play MOBA Master X Master (MXM) will close down effective January 31st 2018. For those of you keeping score that's the second game closure this week in the free-to-play space and this one comes before MXM even got to celebrate its first official anniversary having only launched this past June.

NCSoft cites the business of the games industry as the reason for closure and after having looked at multiple paths that could be taken simply came to the conclusion that none of them were financially viable. From the game's official announcement, "Deciding to close the game is not a decision we come to lightly, but ultimately it came down to a matter of business—we explored several options, but none of them were sustainable."

Between now and the shut down date, all players have been given 500,000 X-Coin (enough to unlock all of the game's content) and refunds will be given on any purchases taking place between August 30th and today. Refunds will go back to the payment method used at purchase where possible. All game modes will be turned on at all times for those that wish to get their fill of MXM over the next 2 months.

I am surprised SO much!!! Another KR trash gone to the junkyard. Not MOBA, not SP...
You cna play different games from NC games...who cares, b'cuz all of the characters look boring, especially for hack'n'slash perspective game.
I can tell in advance that Lineage Eternal won't last long after release since it's a trash that has NOTHING in common with basic game except 'Lineage' in title. Horrible character design, no armor looks [buy skins instead as if it's LoL,HotS or DOTA2]. Who'd play this for long.
