ArenaNet Is Hiring For A New “Unannounced Project”
Whatever it is it seems it will have sandbox elements.
There’s apparently something new on the horizon for ArenaNet as six job listings for an “unannounced project” can be found on the company’s open positions page. Currently, the bulk of the listings are in the art department, with the company looking for a Lead Concept Artist, Lead Technical Artist, Senior Technical Artist, and UI Art Lead. They are also seeking a Senior Brand Manager.
While none of the job listings offer any details about what the project potential applicants will be working on is, there is one job listing for a Principal Sandbox Designer. As ArenaNet is known for MMORPGs like Guild Wars 2, it seems logical that the company is planning to develop a sandbox MMO.
On a side note for those who might look at applying, some of the jobs do offer remote work from specific states. Not all, but some.
