Check Out The First Look Of RuneScape's New Combat Skill: Necromancy
The dark arts will be available for players in an upcoming major update, dropping this year.
Prepare to raise the dead.
Jagex has just announced a new combat skill coming to RuneScape: Necromancy. It will be independent of the existing combat triangle in the MMORPG. Necromancy will roll around during a major update for the game in 2023, aiming to attract current, returning, and new players who wish to explore the dark arts.
Besides the new skill, the update will feature a storyline where players will battle the First Necromancer and unlock the secrets of Necromancy combat, Rituals, and Runecrafting skills. More details will be provided at an upcoming Q&A session on Runescape’s official Twitch channel. What we do know though is that Necromancy will be free for players up to level 20.
