Dauntless Launches On Nintendo Switch
Among the announcements that were made during today's Nintendo Indie World Showcase was the launch of Phoenix Labs Dauntless on the Nintendo Switch. The game arrives with full cross-platform support, connecting Switch players with those on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The timing is excellent as the game also launched on all platforms in Japan today.
To celebrate these launches, Phoenix Labs released the game's biggest free content update so far. Titled "Stormchasers," the update adds a new type of sequential hunt featuring dual Behemoth encounters as well as elements inspired by roguelikes. At the end of the hunt players will face the shock-infused Behemoth Malkarion. The update also adds a new hunt pass that gives players the opportunity to explore the history of Ramsgate.
