Daybreak Asks DCUO Fans To Help Design New Gear Suit Style

The DC Universe Online dev team is working on new gear suit styles, ones not directly tied to episodes or seasonal content. These styles are part of a community initiative in which they are asking players for their input during the creation process.

They're starting out by asking players for suggestions -- which can be submitted via an official forum thread. Once enough submissions have been made, the devs will narrow them down to the ten best options (based on various criteria) and poll players to figure out which style the community would like to see most. Then, while the suit is being made, they'll keep players up to date on the process.

The devs do note that because this is more or less a side project, it will take a while for it to complete. After all, there's official content that has to be done as well.
