Diablo Immortal Content Update

By the time you're reading this, Diablo Immortal’s content update should be live and ready to go. In addition, Diablo’s first Major Update is on its way and, to prepare for this momentous milestone in late September, there will not be a content update in two weeks as there usually is, instead, once the Major Update is released, the bi-weekly content update schedule will return. Anyway, enough about that. Time to get into the content update, starting with the new Battle Pass.

The Inner Light Battle Pass is host to 40 ranks worth of challenges and rewards. While the Battle Pass is free, there are also two paid options available (because of course the monetization gets annoying). The Empowered Battle Pass and the Collector’s Empowered Battle Pass. The Empowered Battle Pass will include all rank rewards from the standard Battle Pass as well as additional rewards like the Inner Light Weapon cosmetic and the luminous Inner Light Armor cosmetic.

The Collector’s Empowered Battle Pass will give you everything previously mentioned as well as the Inner Light Avatar Frame, Portal Cosmetic, and a ten-rank boost–all of which will be provided immediately after upgrading. The Battle Pass will only run till September 29 at 2:59 AM Server time, so do your best to complete it before then to claim all the rewards...is what Blizzard would tell you (FOMO!).

The new Helliquary Boss is actually a duo, Gishtur and Beledwe. While Gishtur prefers a close-quarters approach, Beledwe prefers a flame-infused trident that will call down meteor strikes and summon burning orbs that will seek out players. If adventurers are at least at a 4665 combat rating, they should be able to assemble their teams and confront the two diabolical demons by visiting the Einfrinn Tree in Westmarch.

The two events coming this September are the Scorched Sea Event happening from September 14 to September 28. Participating players will unlock milestone rewards like the sand-blasted Scorched Sea Portrait Frame. Then, from September 21 until September 30, players will be able to participate in the Mists of Cyrangar.

To those who would like to read more on the upcoming events or read more about important bug fixes or feature updates, please head over to the official Content Update page.
